• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Signed orders can take up to three weeks depending on whether or not we have packaging ready to ship. Books and packaging are done in limited runs.

  Personalized orders can take up to 8 weeks to ship. TJ is busy guy and lazy overall. Do not order expecting to receive this quickly. Trust us you will receive the book but it can take awhile or not.

• Important!!!!

  All PayPal orders must now be from confirmed and verified accounts. The name on the PayPal account must match the name and address of the person ordering the book. All orders that do not meet these criteria will be held until we can verify that the purchase is legitimate.

• Why is shipping so expensive?

  We ship merchandise at retail rates. We also prefer to ship merchandise in USA via priority mail so you can track your shipments progress. We have no control over shipping costs. We do not make money off shipping but we have to at least break even on it.

• Where is my stuff?

  We try to ship books as quickly as possible.We try to send tracking information when available. Please allow 8 weeks before contacting us about the status of your order. Keep in mind all books are personalized by TJ and we are not Amazon.com, we cannot get the items out to you in a day.

  Yes, we know this may take awhile. But please rest assured you will receive your order.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
